Quality Time

Evans sent me this email while just out with Charlotte. She was having a hard time going to sleep, and so contrary to mama's style, and so perfectly in line with his, Evans invited Charlotte to join him on a 9pm errand:

Charlotte's "very pecial night" out with Dad on an errand after Katie and Evans were asleep. "Dad, if the night animals come, if they are little, you will pash them with your shoe, but if they are big, you will just chase them away." "No Charlotte, I will smash the big ones, too."

" Well, Dad, this night is pecial, but it would not be so pecial if I did not go with you."

A little one-on-one attention goes a LONG way!
