Sweet little Evans has a way of trying to negotiate and micro-manage everything. Any line that is drawn, any limit set, will be pushed, tested, and negotiated as he tries maximize his advantage in all things. Along these lines, he also feels great interest in any disciplining I do of the girls, any consequences they receive or privileges they lose, he feels great need to re-emphasize my points to them.
Yesterday, on the way to camp, he inserted himself into a conversation I was having with Katie, and in frustration I exclaimed, "Evans, this is one of those conversations that you are NOT a part of!"
To which he responded, "OK, Mom, so none of my beeswax?"
"Precisely!"
Ha ha! I LOVE that kid!
